While at Ikea over the weekend, we picked up a couple of new planters, and also a new aloe plant. The aloes at the store all looked in dire need of some TLC, so I am hoping to get this one going. That Slim Jim of a cactus was something my boyfriend also picked up from Ikea about a year or so ago. It’s crazy how much it has grown! It started as a little runt and now it’s so tall. It’s also super thin though so I keep waiting for it to snap. I am really starting to get into this plant life thing. And amazingly, no casualties so far!
